<li>1 Cup milk</li>
<li>3 Tablespoons ground flaxseed</li>
<li>1 Egg</li>
<li>1 Cup blueberries</li>
</ul>
<p>Oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or baking spray.</p>
<p>Mix the first four ingredients (flour packet only), then fold in blueberries with poppyseed packet. Fill muffin tins.</p>
<p>Bake for 20 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.</p>
